MTD FC's Orlando Baristo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save MTD FC from getting a goal against them. CALLE 14's Federico Maria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Errolan in the 46th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Artizar was the one to do the kick off. If Domingo Remigio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaias Errolan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luciano Abastas struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Orlando Baristo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CALLE 14. When Godofredo Loramendi fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CALLE 14's protests and gave Godofredo Loramendi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd minute, Godofredo Loramendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, MTD FC's Cesar Ignatius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Federico Maria narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
