Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Inocencio Marques started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Carnerito booed when NAZARET was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a defensive mix-up in NAZARET's zone, Carlos Chico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Koldo came out of the goal and Carlos Chico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute, Carlos Chico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to NAZARET getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Feliciano Gorka hit a great ball. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind NAZARET's goalkeeper Adolfo Koldo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Carlos Chico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Adolfo Koldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Timoteo Blanco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Koldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliciano Gorka's late challenge caught a Carnerito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The referee ignored NAZARET's protests and gave Jeronimo Demario a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st match minute, NAZARET was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Demario to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Carnerito getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Cosme Sugoi hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Carnerito defense, Candido Artizar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Godfredo Janpier. The Carnerito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Godfredo Janpier should have stopped the shot. NAZARET's Adolfo Koldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Ostargi in the 38th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Carlos Chico made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, NAZARET's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Chico came free, but Adolfo Koldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Chico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Teodosio Ostargi came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Carnerito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodosio Ostargi couldn't finish the play. Carlos Chico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute, Carlos Chico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. NAZARET's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Remigio Raymond in the 72nd minute. The corner led NAZARET's Remigio Raymond to fire away a dangerous shot which Godfredo Janpier despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. NAZARET's Adolfo Koldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Chico in the 75th minute of play. Adolfo Koldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Chico went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Carlos Chico struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Adolfo Koldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carnerito. Natalio Tabb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Adolfo Koldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A very good chance.
