Ciclón de Florida's Benjamin Rufio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Ciclón de Florida from getting a goal against them. Jeronimo Demario kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. If Candido Artizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. Candido Artizar hit a great ball. Candido Ostots received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Adolfo Koldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anibal Artizar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the NAZARET defense, Anibal Artizar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adolfo Koldo. The NAZARET fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adolfo Koldo should have stopped the shot. Anibal Artizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
