To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnulfo Endura made an important save on a dangerous shot by Candido Artizar in the 15th minute. A collision led to NAZARET getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Remigio Raymond hit a great ball. In the 18th minute of the match Aaron Locaio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adolfo Koldo skillfully saved the ball. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for NAZARET! The referee gave Aurelia FC a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aaron Locaio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of NAZARET's Adolfo Koldo. 0-1. Arnulfo Endura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in NAZARET's zone, Gogo Bonadona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Koldo came out of the goal and Gogo Bonadona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 49 minutes into the match, Aurelia FC's Modesto Tristan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adolfo Koldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Inocencio Marques made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Inocencio Marques left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NAZARET fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. NAZARET's Inocencio Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Candido Artizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Candido Artizar made a precise shot to the right of Arnulfo Endura. Aurelia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1.
