When Octavio Patrido fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Embarcación's protests and gave Octavio Patrido a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Embarcación getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Octavio Patrido hit a great ball. When Nestor Tonete came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Embarcación fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestor Tonete couldn't finish the play. Leo Tiadoro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nestor Tonete in the 43rd minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Siro Nuñez was the one to do the kick off. Sergio Guillem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sergio Guillem blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leo Tiadoro having to make a save. In the 62nd match minute, Embarcación was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Fliz to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Samuel Fraco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Onbera was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nestor Tonete in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Tiadoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Atilano Gines's late challenge caught a Pasillios's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Atilano Gines helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Embarcación getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Octavio Patrido hit a great ball. Pasillios's Isaac Martxot got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the game, Nemesio Vistruario was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Embarcación's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pasillios the free kick. In the 87th minute, Siro Nuñez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nestor Tonete recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Embarcación's Sergio Guillem quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Serafin Quintun, made in the 94th minute of the game. Despite being the better team, Embarcación failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
