Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) GoldenHawks F.C's Omar Castel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nestor Tonete's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosme Harri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. After having played for 11 minutes, Nestor Tonete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Embarcación's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Tonete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Castel in the 15th minute of play forced Embarcación's goalkeeper Abel Onbera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Onbera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Castel in the 18th minute of the match. GoldenHawks F.C's Omar Castel got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, Embarcación's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Castel came free, but Abel Onbera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Omar Castel made a precise shot to the right of Abel Onbera. Embarcación's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 27th minute Omar Castel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Onbera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Onbera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Omar Castel went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 35 played minutes Embarcación got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Vistruario. After 36 played minutes, GoldenHawks F.C's Martin Ramos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abel Onbera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GoldenHawks F.C reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Embarcación's zone, Omar Castel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Onbera came out of the goal and Omar Castel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 48th minute Omar Castel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Onbera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nestor Tonete to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Embarcación's Abel Onbera got control of the ball when Martin Ramos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aureliano Richie might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abel Onbera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Richie ran back to his position shaking his head. After 63 minutes, Octavio Patrido mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Embarcación and the GoldenHawks F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of GoldenHawks F.C booed when Embarcación was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Patrido didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Embarcación's zone, Omar Castel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Onbera came out of the goal and Omar Castel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, GoldenHawks F.C's Martin Ramos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abel Onbera. Abel Onbera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Embarcación's Abel Onbera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Castel in the 76th minute of play. Abel Onbera was a little too slow when Omar Castel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-4. After 85 minutes of play Embarcación's Octavio Patrido was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Octavio Patrido kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Omar Castel struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Abel Onbera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GoldenHawks F.C. The supporters of GoldenHawks F.C booed when Embarcación was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Jobo didn't get a good kick on the ball. GoldenHawks F.C's Omar Castel got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Embarcación getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Nemesio Vistruario hit a great ball.
