Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After a defensive mix-up in Reconquista's zone, Jonatan Cebrian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ambrosio Porfirio came out of the goal and Jonatan Cebrian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 57 minutes into the match, Reconquista's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Todor came free, but Ambrosio Porfirio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Reconquista getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Rodrigo Raymundo hit a great ball. Marcos Oton kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Christian Palban took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delmiro Urbasa. Delmiro Urbasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Reconquista's Ambrosio Porfirio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Todor in the 70th minute of play. Reconquista's Marcelo Viator got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Reconquista's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Todor came free, but Ambrosio Porfirio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Meridiano FC's Aureliano Todor, in the 88th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Meridiano FC.
