Artemio Marquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Montrell in the 4th minute of the match. If Esteve Asur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the match, CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Montrell came free, but Artemio Marquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Hipolito Macerio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CaPocaNioNieRi F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Enrique Montrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Javier Florin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Leobardo in the 23rd minute of play. Hernan Cresenciano kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to MARCE FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Adrian Umea hit a great ball. Hipolito Macerio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Javier Florin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, MARCE FC's Hernan Cresenciano got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Zeledon Manni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Florin having to interfere. Hipolito Macerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Florin having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zeledon Manni made a kick off. Javier Florin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Manni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Javier Florin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Macerio in the 53rd minute of play. After having played for 56 minutes, Hipolito Macerio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Hipolito Macerio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Hipolito Macerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Macerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Florin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Artemio Marquez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zeledon Manni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Florin having to interfere. Hipolito Macerio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Javier Florin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Hipolito Macerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The MARCE FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MARCE FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
