Severo Eguerdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in CESACO FC's zone, Marciano Pacorro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Cordarin came out of the goal and Marciano Pacorro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, CESACO FC's Arturo Cordarin got control of the ball when Severo Eguerdi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Arturo Cordarin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. CESACO FC's Arturo Cordarin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save CESACO FC from getting a goal against them. Nemesio Montrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Gimenez, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When Severo Eguerdi came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the catador01 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severo Eguerdi couldn't finish the play. If Raimundo Firman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nemesio Montrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Gimenez in the 27th minute of play. After 31 minutes, Jimeno Mincho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the catador01 FC and the CESACO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of CESACO FC booed when catador01 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Mincho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the catador01 FC defense, Raimundo Firman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nemesio Montrell. The catador01 FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nemesio Montrell should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in CESACO FC's zone, Edelmiro Herensuge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Cordarin came out of the goal and Edelmiro Herensuge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, catador01 FC's Marcial Aires got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Venancio Abeita took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nemesio Montrell. catador01 FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arturo Cordarin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Pacorro in the 46th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Severo Eguerdi to strike the kick off in the second half. CESACO FC's Epifanio Gimenez got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nemesio Montrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Firman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severo Eguerdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Arturo Cordarin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute Marciano Pacorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Cordarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Severo Eguerdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severo Eguerdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Cordarin having to interfere. Marciano Pacorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Arturo Cordarin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marciano Pacorro struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Arturo Cordarin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for catador01 FC. Arturo Cordarin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for catador01 FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Eguerdi in the 89th minute of play forced CESACO FC's goalkeeper Arturo Cordarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Severo Eguerdi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arturo Cordarin. CESACO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severo Eguerdi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. CESACO FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over catador01 FC's much stronger midfield.
