Eulalio Hunfredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Jeremias Virila made a huge save. Eulalio Hunfredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19thth minute of the game Ramon Tartalo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Covunco FC's Jeremias Virila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ramon Tartalo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 22 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Jeremias Virila was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Lazzarino AFC's Melchor Ondino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Reynardo in the 29th minute of play. Ramon Tartalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Virila having to interfere. Melchor Ondino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Mannuel in the 34th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeremias Virila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lazzarino AFC. After a rather tough play, Covunco FC's Filomeno Ladio got a free kick in the 95th minute.
