After 22 played minutes, ÑanduTeam's Gilberto Rojelio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ciriaco Sugar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ÑanduTeam reached it. A collision led to ÑanduTeam getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Eriberto Guilabertus hit a great ball. Eustaquio Afonso might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Fe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eustaquio Afonso ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Erasmo Dodorol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guante Blanco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Dodorol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Fe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santos Ranolfo's late challenge caught a Guante Blanco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santos Ranolfo helped the player get up and apologised. Santos Ranolfo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Cecilio Fe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Nabar, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Ciriaco Sugar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Cordarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Cordarin struck a weak shot in the 49th minute. Ciriaco Sugar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÑanduTeam. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Honorato Ixaka stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to ÑanduTeam getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ermegildo Herauso hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Cordarin got free with Ciriaco Sugar in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Cordaryal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guante Blanco FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ÑanduTeam the free kick. ÑanduTeam were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Guante Blanco FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Santos Ranolfo took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Nereo Ubendu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ciriaco Sugar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 66 minutes into the match, ÑanduTeam's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Figueroa came free, but Cecilio Fe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardino Figueroa succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Guante Blanco FC's zone, Honorato Ixaka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Sugar came out of the goal and Honorato Ixaka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernardino Figueroa struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Cecilio Fe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guante Blanco FC. After having played for 83 minutes, Eustaquio Afonso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guante Blanco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustaquio Afonso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Eriberto Guilabertus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ÑanduTeam's Honorato Ixaka got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cecilio Fe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Afonso in the 93rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ÑanduTeam's zone, Bernardino Figueroa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Fe came out of the goal and Bernardino Figueroa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guante Blanco FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
