Spectators: 6912 (Terracing: 5250, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Federico Castulo started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelino Vedillo got free with Jacobo Izotz in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Isaac Veronica managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antonia's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaac Veronica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Primitivo Ascencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Federico Castulo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Norberto Patrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norberto Patrido took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Primitivo Ascencio. Primitivo Ascencio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Isaac Veronica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Isaac Veronica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Ascencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Patrido in the 33rd minute of the match. After having played for 35 minutes, Isaac Veronica managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Antonia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Veronica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 38 played minutes Antonia got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Tallia. 42 minutes into the match, Antonia's Santos Tonio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Primitivo Ascencio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Isaac Veronica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Primitivo Ascencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Malena players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Antonia were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isaac Veronica was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Tadeo Manex was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Antonia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Malena the free kick. In the 51st minute, Tadeo Manex hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Norberto Patrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norberto Patrido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Cresitobalo hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Malena's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Isaac Veronica scored to the left of an out of position Primitivo Ascencio, making the score, 0-2. After 64 played minutes Antonia got a freekick which was hit by Santos Tonio. Jacobo Izotz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Castulo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After having played for 71 minutes, Norberto Patrido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Antonia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Patrido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isaac Veronica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Ascencio having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Malena's Pablo Cresitobalo got a free kick in the 83rd minute. When Isaac Veronica came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Antonia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Veronica couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute, Malena's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Norberto Patrido fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The Malena fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Antonia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
