Mateo Frasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Argi, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Godofredo Argi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Mateo Frasco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 41 minutes into the match, Perchel FC's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Argi came free, but Mateo Frasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Godofredo Ordono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Godofredo Argi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cipriano Francho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Braulio Jobo in the 54th minute. With a little luck, Villa la Perla's Cipriano Francho got control of the ball when Braulio Jobo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnulfo Garin might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Frasco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnulfo Garin ran back to his position shaking his head. Perchel FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
