Spectators: 6713 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 50) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eugenio Guillelmo got the match started through his kick off. If Teodoro Obeko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Rankanow defense, Teodoro Obeko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cleto Jerardo. The Rankanow fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Jerardo should have stopped the shot. 11 minutes into the match, Ranchos's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Licerio came free, but Moises Vitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute Fidel Oriol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moises Vitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Alejo Licerio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roman Frascuelo hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Cleto Jerardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Guillelmo in the 31st minute of the match. Teodoro Obeko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Cleto Jerardo made a huge save. In the 40th minute Fidel Oriol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moises Vitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Guillelmo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cleto Jerardo having to make a save. If Fidel Oriol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejo Licerio made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Elvio Normando shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cleto Jerardo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rankanow's Cleto Jerardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Obeko in the 55th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Rankanow's Moises Vitin threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alejo Licerio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ranchos's Moises Vitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Licerio in the 58th minute of play. Alejo Licerio had several of the Ranchos's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 61 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Moises Vitin as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a rather tough play, Ranchos's Eugenio Guillelmo got a free kick in the 66th minute. Fidel Oriol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Moises Vitin made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Eugenio Guillelmo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ranchos's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Guillelmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Jerardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the game, Leo Eron was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ranchos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rankanow the free kick. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ranchos! In the 79th minute Alejo Licerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moises Vitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Domingo Abar fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ranchos's protests and gave Domingo Abar a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes Ranchos got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Abar. Moises Vitin didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Rankanow's Alejo Licerio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Alejo Licerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Rankanow players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
