The score was now 1-0. Humberto Goi charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Humberto Goi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Humberto Goi hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 11th match minute, Olivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Chayo to maneuver through the defense. Constantino Pes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Angelino Quinito took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ciriaco Ixaka to make any attempt to save it. Angelino Quinito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ubaldo Selatse kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Olivia getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Benicio Bladi hit a great ball. Bruno Lorien received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ciriaco Ixaka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lisandro Demesio came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Olivia's Donato Eleazar. But to his dismay, Donato Eleazar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Donato Eleazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Demesio having to interfere. When Olivia's Eulalio Bastiaro in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real Bañil FC's goalie prevented a goal. Angelino Quinito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

In the 57th minute Bruno Lorien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Ixaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Eleazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Demesio having to interfere. Ciriaco Ixaka came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Bañil FC's Bruno Lorien. But to his dismay, Bruno Lorien quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Lisandro Demesio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eulalio Bastiaro in the 72nd minute of play. Ciriaco Ixaka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Quinito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Olivia's Benicio Bladi got a free kick in the 79th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angelino Quinito in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciriaco Ixaka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 82 minutes, Bruno Lorien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Bañil FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Lorien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Lorien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Ixaka having to interfere. When Bruno Lorien came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Real Bañil FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Lorien couldn't finish the play. Olivia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
