Spectators: 7090 (Terracing: 5419, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eugenio Araoz took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Americo Victoro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 5 minutes, Luciano Jurgi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boca Jr and the Minacar players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Boca Jr's Luciano Jurgi got a free kick in the 5th minute. Emanuel Teodor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Elazar in the 12th minute of the match. Niceto Alvarez kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Niceto Alvarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 15 played minutes, Minacar's Jorge Pitin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emanuel Teodor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Minacar reached it. Boca Jr's Emanuel Teodor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Elazar in the 16th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Alfonso Atarrabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Americo Victoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 29 minutes, Cirilo Cordera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boca Jr's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cirilo Cordera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 31st minute Eugenio Araoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Guter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Araoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Americo Victoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Teodor having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Victoro in the 38th minute of play forced Boca Jr's goalkeeper Emanuel Teodor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Teodor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Elazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. If Marcelo Tolino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 52nd minute Cirilo Cordera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezequiel Guter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Minacar's Ezequiel Guter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Cordera in the 55th minute of play. When Marcelo Tolino fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Minacar's protests and gave Marcelo Tolino a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Minacar's Marcelo Tolino got a free kick in the 56th minute. Cirilo Cordera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eugenio Araoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Guter having to interfere. After having played for 63 minutes, Eugenio Araoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boca Jr's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Araoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niceto Alvarez during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Minacar booed when Boca Jr was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Alvarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Boca Jr's zone, Americo Victoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Teodor came out of the goal and Americo Victoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Americo Victoro came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Minacar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Americo Victoro couldn't finish the play. After recieving a nice pass, Boca Jr's Cirilo Cordera tried to score from far away in the 85th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Minacar's Raimundo Ranolfo got a free kick in the 86th minute. An unexpected shot in the 95th minute by Americo Victoro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Minacar players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Boca Jr.
