Eulalio Timo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Catarino Rodrigues read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Raimundo Miliano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Mariano Rivero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Campichuelo's Uriel Mogel got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 26th minute of the match Campichuelo got a corner. PintDogs's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vicente Monte ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Campichuelo's corner Vicente Monte fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mariano Rivero quite easily take care of the ball. Generoso Illan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Catarino Rodrigues read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. When Ricardo Teodor fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PintDogs's protests and gave Ricardo Teodor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st minute, Ricardo Teodor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Raimundo Miliano made the kick off in the second half. After 59 minutes, Raimundo Miliano made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. PintDogs's Mariano Rivero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Catarino Rodrigues made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Tiburcio Abascal sent off a good shot on target. Campichuelo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
