Spectators: 7184 (Terracing: 5422, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 100) After 7 played minutes MMCE FC got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Dalmu. After a defensive mix-up in MMCE FC's zone, Americo Victoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Lauren came out of the goal and Americo Victoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicanor Demario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jairo Izotz came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the MMCE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Izotz couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Minacar getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Jorge Pitin hit a great ball. Jairo Izotz didn't quite understand what happened when in the 25 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After a rather tough play, Minacar's Evelio Pirmin got a free kick in the 26th minute. After 32 minutes of play, MMCE FC's Arturo Tohias made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ezequiel Guter was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to MMCE FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Jairo Izotz hit a great ball. Marcelo Tolino charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaudencio Elazar to make the kick off. Minacar's Ezequiel Guter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Bermund in the 52nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jairo Izotz in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ezequiel Guter saved Minacar from getting behind. 55 minutes into the match, Minacar's goalkeeper Ezequiel Guter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arturo Tohias. Nicanor Demario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ezequiel Guter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicanor Demario, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Ezequiel Guter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Demario in the 63rd minute of the match. If Nicanor Demario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 66 minutes, Evelio Pirmin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Minacar and the MMCE FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th minute, Nicanor Demario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Victoro in the 70th minute of play forced MMCE FC's goalkeeper Marco Lauren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Nicanor Demario recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ezequiel Guter. Nicanor Demario showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Ezequiel Guter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Demario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicanor Demario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ezequiel Guter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. After 96 played minutes Minacar got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Suarez. Ezequiel Guter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicanor Demario, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The Minacar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MMCE FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
