Spectators: 6550 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eugenio Araoz started the match with the kick off. When Raimundo Miliano came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Campichuelo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Miliano couldn't finish the play. If Vicente Monte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Higinio Caton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 7 minutes, Cirilo Cordera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boca Jr and the Campichuelo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Boca Jr getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Cirilo Cordera hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Boca Jr defense, Higinio Caton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emanuel Teodor. The Boca Jr fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emanuel Teodor should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Campichuelo's Emanuel Teodor threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Raimundo Miliano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Alfonso Atarrabi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boca Jr's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso Atarrabi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Catarino Rodrigues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Campichuelo's Haroldo Ticho shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 25th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Emanuel Teodor but with some difficulty. Boca Jr's Emanuel Teodor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Boca Jr from getting a goal against them. Raimundo Miliano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Emanuel Teodor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Catarino Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Araoz in the 29th minute of the match. Raimundo Miliano might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuel Teodor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raimundo Miliano ran back to his position shaking his head. After 36 played minutes Boca Jr got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Franco. 41 minutes into the match, Higinio Caton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuel Teodor. Boca Jr's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Higinio Caton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Emanuel Teodor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raimundo Miliano's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Raimundo Miliano made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Boca Jr defense, Vicente Monte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emanuel Teodor. The Boca Jr fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emanuel Teodor should have stopped the shot. Emanuel Teodor came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Campichuelo's Higinio Caton. But to his dismay, Higinio Caton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When Arnaldo Vachon fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boca Jr's protests and gave Arnaldo Vachon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th minute, one of Boca Jr:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Boca Jr. In the 71stth minute of the game Raimundo Miliano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boca Jr's Emanuel Teodor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Campichuelo's Jimeno Pierres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Teodor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arnaldo Vachon was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 76 minutes into the match. Emanuel Teodor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Monte in the 80th minute of play. Emanuel Teodor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raimundo Miliano's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Boca Jr booed when Campichuelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Sabino didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Raimundo Miliano put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Emanuel Teodor. Jimeno Pierres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Emanuel Teodor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Raimundo Miliano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emanuel Teodor was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. The supporters of Campichuelo booed when Boca Jr was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Maraman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Monte struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Emanuel Teodor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campichuelo. Campichuelo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
