After 15 played minutes BURDEOS F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Jorrin. In the 17th match minute, BURDEOS F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Guib to maneuver through the defense. If Nicanor Demario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cayetano Cordeal came out of the goal and Arturo Tohias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Nicanor Demario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MMCE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicanor Demario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 26 played minutes MMCE FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Galoer. BURDEOS F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Nicanor Demario scored to the left of an out of position Cayetano Cordeal, making the score, 1-0. Diego Bermund kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Celso Bilintx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arturo Tohias made a kick off. After 52 minutes, Jairo Izotz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MMCE FC and the BURDEOS F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jairo Izotz hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute Alfonso Rio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Lauren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the BURDEOS F.C. defense, Arturo Tohias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cayetano Cordeal. The BURDEOS F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cayetano Cordeal should have stopped the shot. Arturo Tohias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cayetano Cordeal having to make a save. If Jairo Izotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturo Tohias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Cayetano Cordeal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jairo Izotz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cayetano Cordeal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Tohias, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. If Alfonso Rio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Bermund couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute, Arturo Tohias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MMCE FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Gregorio Ladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MMCE FC fully deserved thier win.
