Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) Signos FC's Ezequiel Goito started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Signos FC's goalkeeper Placido Bertol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnoldo Elija. Placido Bertol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Eleazar in the 4th minute of the match. The goalkeeper, Placido Bertol, was totally fooled by Escalada's Gustavo Quirze, who 11 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Placido Bertol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Erramun in the 15th minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Federico Cesario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Signos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Cesario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Albino Erramun notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Signos FC's Placido Bertol. Placido Bertol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Federico Cesario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 played minutes Escalada got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Sazon. Placido Bertol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Elija in the 63rd minute of play. The Escalada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Escalada's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
