Rodolfo Bernard ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Burzaco futbol club's Rodolfo Bernard to fire away a dangerous shot which Teodoro Bernaldo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Federico Cristofol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eduardo Senin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Quiroga in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduardo Senin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 12 minutes into the match, Burzaco futbol club's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Cristofol came free, but Eduardo Senin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Oxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Teodoro Bernaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Federico Cristofol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Federico Cristofol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Eduardo Senin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, Federico Cristofol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eduardo Senin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Federico Cristofol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 50th minute, Tomas Quiroga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evaristo Gonzo to make the kick off. Federico Cristofol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Senin having to interfere. Gustavo Oxel struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Teodoro Bernaldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burzaco futbol club. When Gustavo Oxel came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Burzaco futbol club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Oxel couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Gustavo Oxel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Burzaco futbol club's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Oxel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodoro Bernaldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnoldo Monico kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to UnionTate getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Antonio Firme hit a great ball. Evaristo Gonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Bernaldo having to interfere. Eduardo Senin made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Federico Cristofol sent off a good shot on target. Teodoro Bernaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Gonzo in the 85th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Burzaco futbol club's goalkeeper Eduardo Senin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Cristofol. A collision led to Burzaco futbol club getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Evaristo Gonzo hit a great ball. UnionTate's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
