Spectators: 6478 (Terracing: 5478, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Horacio Leoncio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the game, Artemio Nafarroa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alexander Video Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Azopardo the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 3rd minute of the game. One of Alexander Video Club:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Azopardo:s goal. Serafin Rufio placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 17th minute Lisandro Bastian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Jatsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Horacio Leoncio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Policarpio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artemio Nafarroa got free with Ulises Policarpio in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 20 played minutes Azopardo got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Uzuri. If Jedrzej Scigan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alexander Video Club's Humberto Medina got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ulises Policarpio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horacio Leoncio in the 30th minute. Oscar Oier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Jatsu having to interfere. Ulises Policarpio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Medina in the 38th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilberto Odol during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Alexander Video Club getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Gilberto Odol hit a great ball. Humberto Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lisandro Bastian was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes, Jonathan Camerino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Azopardo and the Alexander Video Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Azopardo getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jonathan Camerino hit a great ball. Artemio Nafarroa missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 54 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Ulises Policarpio right hand side. Humberto Medina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulises Policarpio having to interfere. Azopardo's Ulises Policarpio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Scigan in the 62nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Alexander Video Club's zone, Lisandro Bastian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Jatsu came out of the goal and Lisandro Bastian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, Humberto Medina notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Azopardo's Ulises Policarpio. Ulises Policarpio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 69 minutes, Jedrzej Scigan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alexander Video Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jedrzej Scigan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Azopardo's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Leoncio came free, but Ulises Policarpio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lisandro Bastian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cornelio Jatsu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Humberto Medina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oscar Oier in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cornelio Jatsu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alexander Video Club's Cornelio Jatsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Camerino in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Lisandro Bastian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ulises Policarpio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Alexander Video Club players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
