Spectators: 6863 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fulgencio Senon got the match started through his kick off. When Ramon Eudoxio fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sarmiento AFC's protests and gave Ramon Eudoxio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd minute, Ramon Eudoxio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Sarmiento AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Senon came free, but Jacobo Prejun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sarmiento AFC's Remigio Tallia got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joel Diegotxe hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Bernardino Bonifaco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jacobo Prejun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacobo Prejun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Senon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardino Bonifaco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Jacobo Prejun made a huge save. Joel Diegotxe hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Serafino Abechuco shot from long distance in the 36th minute, but Jacobo Prejun was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Sarmiento AFC's Jacobo Prejun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Sarmiento AFC from getting a goal against them. Manuel Goyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Tallia, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. If Dionisio Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Remigio Tallia to strike the kick off in the second half. Remigio Tallia was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 54th minute. Sarmiento AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 54th minute, Tiburcio Ovando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fulgencio Senon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafino Abechuco, 65 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Bermejo's Fulgencio Senon got a free kick in the 68th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Remigio Tallia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Manuel Goyo. Remigio Tallia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Remigio Tallia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Manuel Goyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Dionisio Lorencio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarmiento AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dionisio Lorencio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Goyo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Remigio Tallia struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Manuel Goyo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarmiento AFC. Bernardino Bonifaco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Prejun having to interfere. The Bermejo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sarmiento AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Sarmiento AFC.
