Humberto Medina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Damian Jesco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damian Jesco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Leoncio, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Alexander Video Club's Horacio Leoncio got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Humberto Medina made a precise shot to the right of Damian Jesco. Gral. San Martín's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2.
The wind increased when Horacio Leoncio made the kick off in the second half. Horacio Leoncio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Damian Jesco came out and tried to block the shot, but Horacio Leoncio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 51st minute. Humberto Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Humberto Medina might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damian Jesco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Humberto Medina ran back to his position shaking his head. Damian Jesco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jedrzej Scigan in the 61st minute.
