Spectators: 0 (Terracing: 0, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Amador Rivas made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Esquina AFC's zone, Lisandro Bastian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimundo Fe came out of the goal and Lisandro Bastian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 6 minutes into the game, Aureliano Pudes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Esquina AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Azopardo the free kick. Aureliano Pudes hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Oscar Oier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raimundo Fe having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Lisandro Bastian took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Raimundo Fe to make any attempt to save it. Azopardo's Ulises Policarpio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Inko in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Esquina AFC's goalkeeper Raimundo Fe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Oier. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lisandro Bastian in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raimundo Fe saved Esquina AFC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Rivas in the 21st minute of play forced Azopardo's goalkeeper Ulises Policarpio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Amador Rivas put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ulises Policarpio. With his leg Raimundo Fe managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Azopardo's Oscar Oier fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Esquina AFC's Raimundo Fe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Esquina AFC from getting a goal against them. Oscar Oier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Raimundo Fe made a huge save. In the 35th minute, Ubaldo Inko made a precise shot to the right of Ulises Policarpio. Azopardo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Oscar Oier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lisandro Bastian was the one to do the kick off. Raimundo Fe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Argoitz in the 53rd minute of the match. The supporters of Azopardo booed when Esquina AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Pudes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esquina AFC's goalkeeper Raimundo Fe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Azopardo's goalkeeper Ulises Policarpio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ubaldo Inko. 70 minutes into the match, Esquina AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Oier came free, but Raimundo Fe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Camerino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ubaldo Inko was extremely unlucky when he, in the 80th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 80th minute, Esquina AFC's Amador Rivas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ulises Policarpio. Ulises Policarpio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Raimundo Fe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Bastian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Esquina AFC booed when Azopardo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Bastian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ubaldo Inko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ulises Policarpio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raimundo Fe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oscar Oier went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. In the 97th minute Oscar Oier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute, Oscar Oier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Azopardo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
