Spectators: 6950 (Terracing: 5450, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Siro Jakes got the match started through his kick off. Rio de la Plata's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Siro Jakes scored to the left of an out of position Matias Illart, making the score, 1-0. In the 19th minute, Siro Jakes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Siro Jakes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Matias Illart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Teofilio in the 28th minute of play forced Jeanmaire's goalkeeper Ariel Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Videl hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Matias Illart was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Marcelino Constancio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcelino Constancio really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Siro Jakes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matias Illart having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eliseo Videl to strike the kick off in the second half. Tiburcio Brion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matias Illart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Constancio in the 60th minute of play. After 62 played minutes Rio de la Plata got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Brion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Constancio in the 74th minute of play forced Rio de la Plata's goalkeeper Matias Illart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Marcelino Constancio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siro Jakes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matias Illart having to make a save. Jeanmaire's Marcelino Constancio got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ariel Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Videl in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Jeanmaire booed when Rio de la Plata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Fresco didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Jeanmaire players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
