The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Timoteo Gorka showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match, Justino Innocenzio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jeronimo Ruisko was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Luisito Oidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anacleto Tajo to make the kick off. A collision led to Club Atletico Monasterio getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Rolando Mundo hit a great ball. When Tadeo Ramirez fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Monasterio's protests and gave Tadeo Ramirez a yellow card for diving instead. Tadeo Ramirez hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 53 played minutes Martin Garoa shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Club Atletico Monasterio's Timoteo Gorka to catch but Martin Garoa was lucky. It became 0-2 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Luisito Oidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Perico AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
