Gogo Caton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roman Magdaleno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After 11 played minutes Buenos Aires F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Uzuri. Pablo Gonzales scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roman Magdaleno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tobias Ferran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelo Aznaro in the 17th minute. Marcelo Aznaro struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Tobias Ferran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buenos Aires F.C.. Tobias Ferran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Uzuri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gogo Caton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roman Magdaleno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of Gaboto FC booed when Buenos Aires F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaston Bela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roman Magdaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Gonzales in the 29th minute of play. Gogo Caton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geronimo Quintan hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Pablo Gonzales made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Buenos Aires F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Polentzi. Gogo Caton struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Roman Magdaleno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gaboto FC. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Pablo Gonzales took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Roman Magdaleno to make any attempt to save it. Buenos Aires F.C.'s Roman Magdaleno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Gonzales in the 61st minute of play. If Marcelo Aznaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gogo Caton struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. In the 93rd minute Pablo Gonzales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Magdaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gogo Caton came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Gaboto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gogo Caton couldn't finish the play.
