The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Joel Torres hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. If Elpidio Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the game, Segundo Fernado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Melquiades Orti. Segundo Fernado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Melquiades Orti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elpidio Abreu in the 19th minute. After 24 minutes of play, Los De La Nasa's Aurelio Chap made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Isidor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodolfo Donostia charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodolfo Donostia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes Los De La Nasa got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Donostia. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Segundo Fernado took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Melquiades Orti to make any attempt to save it. If Segundo Fernado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Elpidio Abreu sped through Los De La Nasa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Melquiades Orti. 68 minutes into the game, Florida AFC's Elpidio Abreu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Orti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Rodolfo Isidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Chap in the 74th minute of play. Salvador Lobo in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rodolfo Isidor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 79th match minute, Los De La Nasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Astor Tello to maneuver through the defense.
