If Maximo Araoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximo Araoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erkan Aktürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Cilio in the 19th minute of play. If Maximo Araoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erkan Aktürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Cilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Arnoldo Montez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edelmiro Reno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Sagrado FC's Edelmiro Reno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Tauro in the 31st minute of play. Maximo Araoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erkan Aktürk having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Antonio Cilio fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a defensive mix-up in La academia's zone, Maximo Araoz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erkan Aktürk came out of the goal and Maximo Araoz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. La academia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Antonio Cilio scored to the left of an out of position Erkan Aktürk, making the score, 2-0. With his leg Erkan Aktürk managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Sagrado FC's Antonio Cilio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Honorio Tauro made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Sagrado FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Samuel Moise hit a great ball. The long shot by Cecilio Velasco in the 54th minute really tested Edelmiro Reno's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Wilfredo Guillelmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Reno having to interfere. Honorio Tauro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of La academia booed when Sagrado FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Moise didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to La academia getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Arnoldo Montez hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in La academia's zone, Astor Peter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erkan Aktürk came out of the goal and Astor Peter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximo Araoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Erkan Aktürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnoldo Montez was shown his second yellow card after 97 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 98th minute, Arnoldo Montez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Maximo Araoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sagrado FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
