Raimundo Peruxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Braulio Bonifaco got free with Narciso Sadurni in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19th minute Gabriel Emesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulfo Havier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Haroldo Berto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Candido Frederico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonasito's Arnulfo Havier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Emesto in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rdth minute of the game Candido Frederico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jonasito's Arnulfo Havier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gabriel Emesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Jonasito defense, Gabriel Emesto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnulfo Havier. The Jonasito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnulfo Havier should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes into the match, Jonasito's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Emesto came free, but Arnulfo Havier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Candido Frederico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Arnulfo Havier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Haroldo Berto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benicio Semeno to make the kick off. Mateo Ralondo kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Gabriel Emesto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arnulfo Havier. The goal made the score 0-3. Arnulfo Havier was a little too slow when Gabriel Emesto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-4. Guillermo Macerio hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Candido Frederico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Arnulfo Havier made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Emesto in the 69th minute of play forced Jonasito's goalkeeper Arnulfo Havier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Narciso Sadurni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Ralondo in the 71st minute of play. Arnulfo Havier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Emesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 75 minutes into the game, Venancio Ted was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FENIX's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jonasito the free kick. In the 75th minute, Venancio Ted hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, Jonasito's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Emesto came free, but Arnulfo Havier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gabriel Emesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 87 minutes, Candido Frederico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FENIX's supporters crossed their fingers, but Candido Frederico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Candido Frederico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Havier having to interfere. Arnulfo Havier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Emesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The Jonasito fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FENIX were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
