After a defensive mix-up in Los Abejorros Club's zone, Roman Lucado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Feo came out of the goal and Roman Lucado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Los Abejorros Club's Fabio Feo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Rufio in the 9th minute of play. Makallé's Roman Lucado got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Los Abejorros Club's Jonatan Menendo got a free kick in the 19th minute. Fabio Feo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roman Lucado showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Los Abejorros Club's zone, Ubaldo Ponc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Feo came out of the goal and Ubaldo Ponc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baldomero Palben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ubaldo Ponc in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Feo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leo Paulin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Tristan, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Emiliano Tristan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leo Paulin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Baldomero Palben received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Fabio Feo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Feo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomero Palben, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baldomero Palben was the one to do the kick off. If Mariano Jaume had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paolo Claude during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Makallé booed when Los Abejorros Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Claude didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabio Feo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the match, Los Abejorros Club's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Palben came free, but Fabio Feo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Abejorros Club's Fabio Feo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Lucado in the 91st minute of play. Aldo Gora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Feo having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Makallé players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
