Maximiliano Cesario came out of the goal and Fausto Acevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th match minute, Fontana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Ubarna to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Trapiche AFC booed when Fontana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Ubarna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fontana's Niceto Orlin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Fontana from getting a goal against them. Fontana's Niceto Orlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Mark in the 94th minute of play. Israel Mark's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niceto Orlin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play.
