The tension between the Ycuha AFC and the Deportivo Lona FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Melquiades Lalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amador Ourente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Bittor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruperto Derwin charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruperto Derwin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ruperto Derwin hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Arnulfo Lluterio hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Lalla in the 10th minute of play forced Deportivo Lona FC's goalkeeper Paolo Ekain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 played minutes Deportivo Lona FC got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Derwin. When Donato Blanco fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Lona FC's protests and gave Donato Blanco a yellow card for diving instead. After 13 played minutes Ycuha AFC got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Tanio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Rudolfo in the 16th minute of play forced Deportivo Lona FC's goalkeeper Paolo Ekain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaias Rudolfo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ycuha AFC's Isaias Rudolfo got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Donato Blanco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Donato Blanco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amador Ourente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Bittor, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Bittor in the 42nd minute of play forced Ycuha AFC's goalkeeper Amador Ourente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute Melquiades Lalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Ekain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melquiades Lalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isaias Rudolfo was the one to do the kick off. Paolo Ekain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Rudolfo in the 52nd minute of the match. When Ycuha AFC's Isaias Rudolfo in 54 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Paolo Ekain guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Melquiades Lalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Deportivo Lona FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Ostots came free, but Paolo Ekain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paolo Ekain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Rudolfo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Ycuha AFC's Isaias Rudolfo in the 73rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Paolo Ekain was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Deportivo Lona FC through an amazing save. The crowd rose to their feet as Isaias Rudolfo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paolo Ekain. That made the score 0-1 in the 82 minute of play. If Efrain Bittor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ycuha AFC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Celestino Tanio hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the game, Donato Blanco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Amador Ourente was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Efrain Bittor in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amador Ourente saved Ycuha AFC from getting behind. The Ycuha AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Deportivo Lona FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
