Aurelio Martxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Azibar having to interfere. In the 17th minute Silvano Olando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Azibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atilano Ederono kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Isidoro Dabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the game, Sportivo Pueyrredon's Silvano Olando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gogo Azibar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When the match had been going on for 40 minutes, Chuchi FC's Godofredo Gaskon got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Cayetano Gartxot. Jonathan Jaizki kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Gervasio Fliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Cayetano Gartxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eusebio Malvin made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Aurelio Martxel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gogo Azibar, 2-3. Gogo Azibar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Olando in the 65th minute of the match. Jonathan Jaizki hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After having played for 93 minutes, Tobias Chesus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Pueyrredon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Chesus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot by Matias Acuña from long distance, 99 minutes into the match, got Gogo Azibar's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sportivo Pueyrredon had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
