Paolo Ekain acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 4th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Isidoro Dabi. In the 13th minute, Efrain Bittor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Malvin in the 16th minute of play forced Deportivo Lona FC's goalkeeper Paolo Ekain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17thth minute of the game Eusebio Malvin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Lona FC's Paolo Ekain was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Efrain Bittor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Gogo Azibar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gervasio Fliz got free with Paolo Ekain in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Efrain Bittor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Azibar having to interfere. Gervasio Fliz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paolo Ekain having to make a save. Efrain Bittor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gogo Azibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Lluterio in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Enrique Socorro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chuchi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Lona FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Chuchi FC's Enrique Socorro got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chuchi FC's goalkeeper Gogo Azibar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Gervasio Fliz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ruperto Derwin fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Lona FC's protests and gave Ruperto Derwin a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes Deportivo Lona FC got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Derwin. The supporters of Chuchi FC booed when Deportivo Lona FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Tohias didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eusebio Malvin to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Deportivo Lona FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Hibai. Gervasio Fliz charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gervasio Fliz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gervasio Fliz hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Cayetano Ospetsu kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Jonas Hibai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Lona FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chuchi FC the free kick. In the 60th minute, Jonas Hibai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusebio Malvin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Ekain having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Donato Blanco could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Gogo Azibar however easily saved by the left post. Paolo Ekain stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gervasio Fliz's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Gervasio Fliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Paolo Ekain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Malvin in the 83rd minute of play forced Deportivo Lona FC's goalkeeper Paolo Ekain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Efrain Bittor dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gogo Azibar, 0-1. In the 92nd minute Efrain Bittor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Azibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gervasio Fliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Deportivo Lona FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
