In the 11th minute Candido Savion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Silvanito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alvaro Aimar fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Callejeros F.C.'s protests and gave Alvaro Aimar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Callejeros F.C. getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Alvaro Aimar hit a great ball. Lucas Bermund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ubaldo Silvanito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After 13 minutes of play, Pinguinos's Lucas Bermund made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ubaldo Silvanito was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 19th minute Candido Savion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Silvanito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lucas Bermund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Leizarraga hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Pinguinos's Dionisio Oliverio got a free kick in the 34th minute. 38 minutes into the game, one of Callejeros F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Pinguinos. Gonzalo Galsino stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ubaldo Silvanito. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alejandro Pere was the one to do the kick off. Candido Savion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Silvanito having to interfere. If Candido Savion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Candido Savion fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Lucas Bermund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ubaldo Silvanito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Bermund was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 67th minute. Pinguinos's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 68 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Baudelio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baldomiro Firme. Pinguinos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximiliano Baudelio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Pere in the 73rd minute of play forced Pinguinos's goalkeeper Baldomiro Firme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Callejeros F.C.'s goalkeeper Ubaldo Silvanito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Candido Savion. Lucas Bermund might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ubaldo Silvanito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucas Bermund ran back to his position shaking his head. Tobias Incendio kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Ubaldo Silvanito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Candido Savion in the 81st minute. When Pinguinos's Lucas Bermund in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Callejeros F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Candido Savion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute.
