Callejeros F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejandro Pere was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 6 played minutes Callejeros F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Donostia. Ubaldo Silvanito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Tello, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Hartz in the 9th minute of play forced Callejeros F.C.'s goalkeeper Ubaldo Silvanito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Alejandro Pere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Silvanito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Hartz in the 14th minute of play. David Hartz took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ubaldo Silvanito. Ubaldo Silvanito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Maximiliano Baudelio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julio Hegoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Pere, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Callejeros F.C. booed when Malleo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Ibar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Malleo FC's Julio Hegoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Malleo FC from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute, Maximiliano Baudelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alejandro Pere was the one to do the kick off. If Salvador Tello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, Salvador Tello dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ubaldo Silvanito, 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Melquiades Ibar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ubaldo Silvanito. That made the score 0-3 in the 60 minute of play. If David Hartz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Hartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ubaldo Silvanito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Callejeros F.C.'s Ubaldo Silvanito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Tello in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Malleo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Pere came free, but Julio Hegoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Salvador Tello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd play minute David Hartz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ubaldo Silvanito. 0-4. When Malleo FC's Salvador Tello in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Callejeros F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Julio Hegoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Baudelio in the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Baudelio in the 90th minute of play forced Malleo FC's goalkeeper Julio Hegoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Malleo FC's zone, Alejandro Pere stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Hegoi came out of the goal and Alejandro Pere tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If David Hartz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute Salvador Tello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Silvanito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Malleo FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
