Spectators: 7209 (Terracing: 5518, Seating: 1691, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ignacio Inocente made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Jarimana defense, Ruperto Gumaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severiano Guter. The Jarimana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severiano Guter should have stopped the shot. Ruperto Gumaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victoriano Endira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Jarimana's Severiano Guter got control of the ball when Ruperto Gumaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anastasio Mel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Inocente in the 30th minute of play. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Gustavo Mingo sped through Tello's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anastasio Mel. A collision led to Jarimana getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Geronimo Havier hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victoriano Endira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jarimana's Severiano Guter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Endira in the 52nd minute of play. Gustavo Mingo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Anastasio Mel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Isaias Bilbo came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Jarimana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaias Bilbo couldn't finish the play. Anastasio Mel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Inocente, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. If Ignacio Inocente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severiano Guter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Endira in the 63rd minute of play. In the 70th minute, Victoriano Endira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 74 minutes of play Jarimana's Geronimo Havier was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ignacio Inocente during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 76 minutes into the game, one of Jarimana:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ruperto Gumaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Guter having to interfere. The supporters of Tello booed when Jarimana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Locaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Tello's Cristo Cidro in action when he in the 90th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Ruperto Gumaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Guter having to interfere. Severiano Guter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Endira in the 95th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jarimana players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tello.
