In the 16th match minute, Tortuguitas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Mouricio to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Tortuguitas's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Bilbo came free, but Igor Bihar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Cristian Lizardi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severiano Guter was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignacio Inocente was the one to do the kick off. If Gustavo Mingo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Lizardi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Guter having to interfere. Aldo Nesto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Severiano Guter skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Zacarias Elija kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Tortuguitas's Cristian Lizardi managed to work through Jarimana's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Cristian Lizardi dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. If Cristian Lizardi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aldo Nesto might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severiano Guter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Nesto ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 85th minute of the match, Cristian Lizardi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Severiano Guter saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cristian Lizardi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aldo Nesto struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Severiano Guter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tortuguitas. Severiano Guter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Lizardi in the 97th minute of play. The Tortuguitas players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
