When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Rolando Gaztea took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Felipe Pelagius to make any attempt to save it. Rolando Gaztea had several of the Pico AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 10 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Felipe Pelagius as he didn't even see the shot coming. Felipe Pelagius made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Mariano Chuse sent off a good shot on target. Amadeo Tadzio kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Mariano Chuse might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felipe Pelagius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Chuse ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Pico AFC's zone, Rolando Gaztea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipe Pelagius came out of the goal and Rolando Gaztea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicanor Romo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Liberto in the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Pico AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Gaztea came free, but Felipe Pelagius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicanor Romo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Macerio's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Uriel Clemencin kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Nicanor Romo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Macerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. A collision led to LUTGARDIS getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Amadeo Tadzio hit a great ball. Rolando Gaztea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Felipe Pelagius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Liberto was the one to do the kick off. Rolando Gaztea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Pico AFC's zone, Mariano Chuse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipe Pelagius came out of the goal and Mariano Chuse tried to chip the ball over his head. Felipe Pelagius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Gaztea, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Camilo Servando was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LUTGARDIS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pico AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, LUTGARDIS's Camilo Servando got a free kick in the 60th minute. After 65th play minutes Rolando Gaztea shot 5-1, a short shot which went by Felipe Pelagius and just under the crossbar into goal. Camilo Servando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Pelagius having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Mariano Chuse had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felipe Pelagius. Pico AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Chuse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Nicanor Romo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Ciceron in the 81st minute of play. Jonatan Macerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Evaristo Liberto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicanor Romo was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Jonatan Macerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Romo having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pico AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LUTGARDIS.
