Spectators: 6384 (Terracing: 5384, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lorenzo Dorio got the match started through his kick off. In the 5thth minute of the game Geronimo Hug who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Tucson's Gervasio Raulo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luis Machado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Humberto Mark in the 8th minute. Jonathan Aznaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 10 minutes into the match, Sporting Tucson's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Aznaro came free, but Gervasio Raulo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Lorenzo Dorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Geronimo Hug managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anjuli's supporters rose to their feet, but Geronimo Hug was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gervasio Raulo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the match, Jonathan Aznaro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sporting Tucson's Gervasio Raulo. Gervasio Raulo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Humberto Mark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mario Oliverio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Machado having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Geronimo Hug managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anjuli's supporters rose to their feet, but Geronimo Hug was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gervasio Raulo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Aznaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lorenzo Dorio in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Machado saved Anjuli from getting behind. Humberto Mark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Machado having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Geronimo Hug made a kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Anjuli got a corner. Sporting Tucson's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonas Abreu ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Geronimo Hug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Jonathan Aznaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Mark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Machado having to interfere. Ciro Jakes kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Luis Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Dorio in the 67th minute of play. Sporting Tucson's Gervasio Raulo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Sporting Tucson from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute, Geronimo Hug reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gervasio Raulo. The goal made the score 0-3. Anjuli's Geronimo Hug got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
