The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Urbano Ordonos short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Paulino Tartalo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 0-1 became the score in the 10th minute when Agustin Aritza elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, Fabian Acuña cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Epifanio Benet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 17 played minutes La Academia de Tincho got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Ordono. In the 19th minute, Nicasio Peter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes of play, IgNic FC's Fabian Acuña made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Epifanio Benet was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Fabian Acuña sped through La Academia de Tincho's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Epifanio Benet. In the 33rd minute Agustin Aritza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Benet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th match minute, La Academia de Tincho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Ur to maneuver through the defense. Agustin Aritza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Esteban Ur to strike the kick off in the second half. Romeo Cresitobalo kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute of the match Carmelo Natanael shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulino Tartalo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Pedro Lucian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Academia de Tincho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IgNic FC the free kick. Agustin Aritza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Epifanio Benet came out and tried to block the shot, but Agustin Aritza slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 58th minute. After 61 played minutes IgNic FC got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Restu. Omar Medina took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paulino Tartalo. IgNic FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Aritza in the 65th minute of play forced La Academia de Tincho's goalkeeper Epifanio Benet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Navarro's late challenge caught a La Academia de Tincho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Navarro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Oscar Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute of the match Baldomiro Cordera sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulino Tartalo skillfully saved the ball. Paulino Tartalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Ordono in the 72nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, La Academia de Tincho's Urbano Ordono got a free kick in the 80th minute. When Fabian Acuña came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the IgNic FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Acuña couldn't finish the play. The supporters of IgNic FC booed when La Academia de Tincho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Lucian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Epifanio Benet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Acuña in the 83rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Fabian Acuña could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Epifanio Benet however easily saved by the left post. In the 88th match minute, IgNic FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Aritza to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the match, La Academia de Tincho's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Aritza came free, but Epifanio Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Agustin Aritza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Academia de Tincho's Epifanio Benet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save La Academia de Tincho from getting a goal against them. Fabian Acuña's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Epifanio Benet skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Epifanio Benet was a little too slow when Agustin Aritza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 0-9.
