An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Neron in the 12th minute of play forced Famaillá AFC's goalkeeper Amado Odilon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aureliano Cugat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Elixio in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Famaillá AFC's goalkeeper Amado Odilon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. C.A.Los Gurisee's Joaquin Nuxila suffered a concussion in the 45th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. A collision led to Famaillá AFC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Segundo Crispo hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delmiro Natal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Salvador Toro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Salvador Toro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorino Harkaitz charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorino Harkaitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to C.A.Los Gurisee getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Victorino Harkaitz hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.Los Gurisee's goalkeeper Aureliano Cugat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Salvador Toro in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aureliano Cugat, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
