Rodrigo Illan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Jordy in the 19th minute of the match. If Epifanio Lucado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Portalis FC. Victorio Rey stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rodrigo Illan. 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicasio Jordy to make the kick off. If Ambrosio Lander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57thth minute of the game Nicasio Jordy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Escape libre's Rodrigo Illan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Nicasio Jordy sped through Escape libre's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rodrigo Illan. In the 73rd minute, Timoteo Claris ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodrigo Illan was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portalis FC's goalkeeper Bartolo Ermengol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Nicasio Jordy came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Portalis FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicasio Jordy couldn't finish the play. Bartolo Ermengol made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Astor Castel sent off a good shot on target. Epifanio Lucado struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Bartolo Ermengol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escape libre. Ambrosio Lander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Illan having to interfere. In the 92ndth minute of the game Nicasio Jordy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Escape libre's Rodrigo Illan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicasio Jordy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cleto Cefero's late challenge caught a Portalis FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cleto Cefero helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Portalis FC booed when Escape libre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Cefero didn't get a good kick on the ball.
