Siro Reynardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Castel in the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th match minute, Chumillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Cordearo to maneuver through the defense. Siro Reynardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Chinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Remigio Machado was the one to do the kick off. Jeronimo Fidensio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jeronimo Fidensio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigio Machado in the 92nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Chumillo's Arturo Chinto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Siro Reynardo. That made the score 1-2 after 93 minutes of play. Siro Reynardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Chinto in the 97th minute of play. Chumillo played a much better game than Tipán AFC and deserved their victory. The Tipán AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
