Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Domingo Fraco started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, one of Mangrullo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 8th minute of the match, Domingo Fraco tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jeronimo Fidensio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jeronimo Fidensio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Fraco in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chumillo's Wilfredo Confesor got a free kick in the 15th minute. Matias Cordairo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Jeronimo Fidensio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingo Fraco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Chumillo's zone, Matias Cordairo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeronimo Fidensio came out of the goal and Matias Cordairo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Jeronimo Fidensio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After recieving a nice pass, Chumillo's Rodolfo Eleazar tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Chumillo's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Fraco came free, but Jeronimo Fidensio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 played minutes, Mangrullo's Marcial Tajo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jeronimo Fidensio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mangrullo reached it. The audience was convinced that Domingo Fraco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jeronimo Fidensio was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. If Matias Cordairo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arturo Chinto to strike the kick off in the second half. Antonio Román showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Chinto in the 53rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chumillo's zone, Domingo Fraco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeronimo Fidensio came out of the goal and Domingo Fraco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the game, Arturo Chinto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Antonio Román. Arturo Chinto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Matias Cordairo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Fidensio having to interfere. Mangrullo's Matias Cordairo got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Chumillo's Vicente Cordearo got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Jeronimo Fidensio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matias Cordairo went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Vicente Cordearo got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Chumillo getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Vicente Cordearo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Cordairo in the 83rd minute of play forced Chumillo's goalkeeper Jeronimo Fidensio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Confesor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chumillo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mangrullo the free kick. The supporters of Mangrullo booed when Chumillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Confesor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mangrullo's Marcial Tajo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 86th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chumillo. If Domingo Fraco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matias Cordairo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Jeronimo Fidensio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matias Cordairo might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeronimo Fidensio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matias Cordairo ran back to his position shaking his head. Antonio Román made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amado Castel in the 97th minute. The Mangrullo manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Chumillo to win.
