Spectators: 6649 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bartolo Eate kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Afalpi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Ermengol to maneuver through the defense. After 5 minutes of play, JuanPujol FC's Cristo Rameriz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enzo Ebardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 8 played minutes JuanPujol FC got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Gergori. 15 minutes into the match, Afalpi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Ler came free, but Enzo Ebardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silverio Ler might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enzo Ebardo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silverio Ler ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristo Rameriz took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enzo Ebardo. Enzo Ebardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 20th minute, Rigoberto Savion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute Efrain Vedillo suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 22 minutes, Aureliano Ermengol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Afalpi FC and the JuanPujol FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. JuanPujol FC's Silverio Ler got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, JuanPujol FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Eate came free, but Simon Rafel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Silverio Ler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silverio Ler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Enzo Ebardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Rafel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Eate in the 32nd minute of play. Manuel Izotz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Simon Rafel made a huge save. If Manuel Izotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bartolo Eate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute Bartolo Eate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Rafel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half JuanPujol FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silverio Ler made a kick off. Norberto Gizon hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, Braulio Tiadoro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Afalpi FC's Enzo Ebardo didn't even have to move. JuanPujol FC's Simon Rafel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Izotz in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute Afalpi FC were awarded a corner. Rigoberto Savion went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Aristides Sandaili got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Simon Rafel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 63 minutes into the match, Bartolo Eate notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of JuanPujol FC's Simon Rafel. Simon Rafel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Manuel Izotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Afalpi FC's Manuel Izotz in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye JuanPujol FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 81st minute, Manuel Izotz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simon Rafel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Manuel Izotz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Simon Rafel having to make a save. JuanPujol FC's Simon Rafel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Eate in the 89th minute of play. After 94 minutes, German Kiliz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Afalpi FC and the JuanPujol FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Afalpi FC's German Kiliz got a free kick in the 94th minute. Braulio Tiadoro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 95th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
