Thanks to some nice moves Fabricio Semeno could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Marcial Jatsu however easily saved by the left post. Naim Ünal in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcial Jatsu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 23 minutes into the game, Herminio Alonso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Candelaria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skorpions FC the free kick. After 24 played minutes Candelaria got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Alonso. 26 minutes into the match, Candelaria's goalkeeper Marcial Jatsu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renatinho Lago.
